The Extra Mile Fitness Company Club is your local hub for community, accountability, and smart training. Whether youre new to running or looking to set a personal record, our club is built to support runners of all experience levels and ages.
We offer structured training programs year-round, designed to help you prepare for 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, full marathons or simply to stay active and improve your fitness.

Our Saturday Long Runs are a cornerstone of our training programs. These weekly meetups are perfect for building endurance and confidence whether you're training for a race or just want a motivating group to run with.
Time: Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.
Location: Varies weekly
Support: Water fill stations available (please bring your own bottle and nutrition/electrolytes)
Each session includes:
A dynamic warm-up to prep your body
Coaching tips and strategy insights
A route overview before the group heads out
On Tuesday evenings, join us at the TJ Middle School Track for guided speed work thats scalable to your ability and goals. These sessions focus on improving pace, form, and running economy.
Time: Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Location: TJ Middle School Track
Each session features:
A dynamic group warm-up
Speed drills for improved mechanics
A structured interval workout led by our experienced coaching team
