Fit Process Steps

1. Foot Measurement – We start by measuring your feet to ensure the right size and fit.

2. Gait Analysis – We observe how you walk or run to understand your movement patterns.

3. Getting to Know You – We may ask a few quick questions like:

   • What activities will you use the shoes for?

   • Are you experiencing any aches, pains, or injuries?

   • Were you referred by a doctor?

   • What shoes are you currently wearing?

4. Personalized Shoe Selection – Based on your answers and analysis, we’ll pull a selection of shoes tailored to your needs.

5. Try-On Session – You’ll try on the options and let us know what’s working (and what’s not).

6. Refine the Fit – We’ll adjust and bring out more shoes based on your feedback.

7. Test Run – Take them for a spin on the treadmill or around the store.
